    • Requirements for Uploading Pictures:
      *We will only utilize the image of the face, not the full body on images that are uploaded* -Please avoid uploading images with 3 or more people as we will be unable to identify the face(s) you would like to use for the wrapping paper. -Bright lighting so face is illuminated. Not dark/dim lighting. -Faces must be facing forward please avoid side profile pictures. -Please make sure the picture is clear, not far away or blurry. -If these requirements above are not met, we will send you an email to request a new picture. This will unfortunately result in a delay in your order.
    • Processing Times/Shipping:
      *Everything is made to order* -Greeting Cards require 2 business days for processing before they are shipped. -Wrapping Paper requires up to 3 business days for processing before they are shipped. -We will not Process/Ship orders on National Holidays, please factor in Holidays when placing your order. -Orders received after 7pm CST will be processed the following business day. -Estimated shipping timeframe is 2-5 business days, depending on your location. All orders are shipping from Houston, Tx. Please add processing time to this estimate. -If ordering a greeting card only, please note the shipping carrier will be USPS and there is a shipping timeframe of up to 10 business days. -Customers are responsible for their parcels. We are not responsible for lost of stolen packages.
